RFDigi have been our service provider at Golden Frontiers Citrus (Pty) Ltd for roughly 6 years, they offer good customer service with prompt response when needed.
We benefit from their Biometric Software System with less admin and real-time information that offers us fast access control from our clock-in devised at all Production points on the Farms and Packhouses for managing our staffs time attendance.
We have sourced our RFID transponder supplies from RFDigi [Pty] Ltd for the past 8+ years. Over that time, we have experienced an excellent service from them. This has been largely due to their operational staff who process and complete the transponders. In particular, Anel Rossouw has been a consistent stalwart in the processing and preparation of our orders.
The installation was very professional and hassle free and they monitored my system for the first few weeks to make sure it was running smoothly.
